The Developer - 423 Hope Street Redevelopment, LLC is owned and managed by native Newporter Jim Roiter, a. With a lifelong interest in the East Bay waterfront, Mr. Roiter brings 25 years of experience in national real estate markets as developer, investor and financier, to The Belvedere and Bristol, a town he considers an historic gem. Formerly a senior real estate executive for Wall Street firms Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, E.F Hutton, and Lehmann Brothers, in New York City, Mr. Roiter has a successful track record in real estate financing, development and historic restoration projects. Mr. Roiter received national recognition for his historic restoration work including a renovation of a warehouse complex, once a laboratory of Thomas Edison, into a mixed-use development.

The Architect - Newport Collaborative Architects, the largest architectural firm in Rhode Island, has won more than 75 design awards for both new construction and historic restoration. The professional staff of the Newport Collaborative Architects, Inc. (NCA) participates in a dynamic, collaborative process of design, rather than adhering to any particular stylistic school. Since 1981, NCA has been actively involved with the preservation and reuse of historic buildings, including private residences, mill conversions, hotels, theatres, and lighthouses. Each was completed in accordance with guidelines for historically significant buildings set by local, state and federal agencies. Many have been recognized with awards for their historic accuracy and creativity. NCA maintains offices in Newport and Providence.

The Builder - Nappa Building Corporation of Providence is one of Rhode Island’s largest and busiest construction companies, with projects in commercial, restaurants, and historic properties. Built on integrity, they are known for their contributions to The Cosmopolitan in a mixed-use residential complex; The Strand, and The Lofts at Eagle Square, Providence, as well as commercial and public buildings including, The Lincoln School and the Providence Arts Club.
